About The Role

The Fleet Maintenance Assistant will be responsible for managing PM services with drivers and trucks, providing support and assistance related to maintenance activities.

Responsibilities
  • Manage workshops, preventive and corrective maintenance of trucks, and recordkeeping.
  • Ensure the health of each truck in the fleet related to mandatory maintenance.
  • Report KPIs on coverage and response over drivers and assets.
  • Update the management platform in real time, providing guidance to related teams.
  • Monitor SLA and performance of individual trucks, generating reports.
Requisitos
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish is an advantage.
  • Studying or degree in mechanical, production, automotive engineering, or similar.
  • Knowledge of maintenance and trucks is an advantage.
  • Availability and willingness to learn.
  • Sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.
  • Organized and focused.
