Job Title: Investor Relations Analyst

Our company is seeking a highly skilled Investor Relations Analyst to support the development of our prospect and investor base.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the preparation of materials for roadshows, conference calls, and other meetings with investors.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating sales tools such as Salesforce and iLevel.
  • Supervise the disclosure of information and communications via the investor portal.
  • Monitor the market and competitors through reports and/or spreadsheets.
  • Participate with the senior team in calls and meetings with investors, providing support with relevant information.
  • Prepare reports and presentations with structured data, ensuring the quality of materials.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced English language skills are mandatory; a good understanding of Spanish will be a plus.
  • Familiarity with main fund documents (LPA and Regulations) is required.
  • Ability to demonstrate understanding of the alternative investment market in Private Equity, and its main players and trends.
