We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a strategic advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for structuring and solving complex organizational challenges for clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and delivery of multi-workstream projects that align with client strategic priorities and drive measurable impact.
- Facilitate customized workshops, learning journeys, and leadership development experiences (in-person and virtually) that create lasting behavior change and business results.
- Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and engaging prospective clients.
- Bachelor's degree or MBA (or equivalent experience).
- 5-7 years of experience in a consulting or corporate environment.
- Prior experience in consulting is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in leading projects and partnering with various business stakeholders.
