Senior Strategic Advisor

Job Description:

  • Lead client engagements across various industries and problem statements, leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock client value.
  • Develop strategies and programs for large, regional, and global clients, applying analytical and problem-solving skills to improve client outcomes.
  • Own key relationships with mid-level to senior client stakeholders, independently assessing client agendas, internal cultures, and change readiness.

Key Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field, with work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, or product management.
  • Experience coaching and managing teams across multiple consulting engagements, involving structured problem solving and stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership, with the ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, while maintaining a strong commitment to information security and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience generating new knowledge or creating innovative solutions for a firm, with relevant industry expertise and an MBA or master's degree in a related field.
