The role of a Senior School Leader is pivotal in fostering a culture of excellence, innovation and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Main Objective: Create a secure, stimulating and orderly environment that nurtures pupils' happiness, welfare, academic achievement and all-round development.
- Leadership Role: Spearhead the SLT (Senior Leadership Team) to drive continuous development and improvement of Senior pupils' moral, spiritual, physical and social growth.
- Promoting Positive Behaviour: Collaborate with the Headmaster and Assistant Head Pastoral to promote positive pupil conduct and effective systems for recognition and reward.
- Talent Acquisition: Support the recruitment process for new staff in the Senior School, overseeing their induction and ensuring a seamless transition into the team.
- Literacy and Numeracy: Proven ability to communicate effectively and manage complex data.
- Leadership and Management: Demonstrated experience in leading high-performing teams and driving strategic initiatives.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Adept at building strong relationships and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Ability to think critically and adapt to changing circumstances.
