Enterprise Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team in Brazil. As a critical member of our Sales Management team, you will be responsible for leading a part of our Sales Team in Brazil, reporting into the Head of Sales.
Your primary goal will be to scale the organization to meet our growth targets and capture the demand of Adyen's platform across segments, verticals, and offerings. You will also be responsible for managing executive relationships and helping the team close large, strategic deals.

- Scale the organization to meet our growth targets and capture the demand of Adyen's platform across segments, verticals, and offerings.
- Manage executive relationships and help the team close large, strategic deals.
- Work closely with counterparts in Account Management, Marketing, and Product to achieve our mission in the region.
- Senior leader with experience scaling Sales organizations.
- Extensive experience working in Enterprise B2B contexts with long sales cycles.
- Experience with transactional volume-based commercial models.
- Strong relationships with senior executive prospects and ability to close deals.
- Data-driven decision-making and a pragmatic approach to sales.
- International collaboration and experience navigating global organizations.
- Empathetic leader with a strong team orientation.
- Full professional proficiency in English and Portuguese.
