As a Project Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful deployment of our new Disruptive project in the region. This initiative aims to develop a cutting-edge framework for Internal Projects delivery, focusing on POP/Circuit optimization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring timely delivery of all service orders within assigned local countries/ies for Internal Orders.
  • Meeting or exceeding targets set by management regarding Customer Satisfaction, TDD, RTDD, ITDD, NS#3, and associated metrics.
  • Managing Gold, Sesam, and Salto orders effectively.
  • Maintaining database and dispatch accuracy.
  • Ensuring high-quality 1st-time installations.
  • Accountable for order management from receipt of valid service requests to local handover as per predefined milestones.
  • Performing Order Validation of assigned orders with local customers.
  • Helping define, revise, and monitor metrics based on local customer needs/availability.
  • Determining adequate local entry points.
  • Resolving any ordering-related issues with carriers or third-party vendors.
  • Establishing local loop delivery dates in coordination with service transition metrics.
  • Coordinating, tracking, and managing service & solution components until full delivery of completed services/solutions to customers.
  • Performing proactive Order Management to ensure metrics are met on all orders.
  • Ensuring sales/provisioning databases are accurately updated at all times.
  • Initiating actions to escalate or expedite implementation issues, minimizing delays in meeting customer committed delivery dates for services.
