Technical Product Manager Role

Role Overview

The Technical Product Manager is responsible for driving and delivering features of our platform products and services with a focus on scalability, reliability, and customer satisfaction. This includes leading the definition and planning through production, release, and end-of-lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Roadmap Development: Help define, evolve, and deliver the strategic roadmap for platform services with a focus on scalability, reliability, and modularity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, developers, and DevOps teams to translate business goals and challenges into requirements to improve and design reliable platform services.
  • AI Integration: Work with cross-functional teams to help integrate AI capabilities into platform services.
  • Product Launch and Management: Product launch and post-launch management of new and/or enhanced propositions, products, and/or services, including design, development, and launch activities.
  • Meeting Participation: Participate in or lead cross-functional meetings to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery.
  • Process Creation: Create standards, processes, and policies and participate in testing/validation.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in Software Product Management.
  • Advanced English with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Computer science or similar degree.
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies and tools (Scrum, Kanban, ADO/Jira).
