As a key member of the TechnipFMC team, you will be responsible for the successful execution of assigned project packages by coordinating all disciplines involved in engineering, procurement, inspection, testing, transport, and more. This role requires a strong understanding of corporate policies, contractual commitments, and schedule and budget management.
Key Responsibilities- Project Administration: Manage daily project activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to project schedules.
- Engineering and Procurement: Coordinate engineering and requisitioning activities with procurement and operations teams to ensure efficient project execution.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates to project management and operational supervisors on project progress, critical deviations, and potential risks.
- Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE): Enforce corporate QHSE policies within areas of responsibility, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- Vendor Management: Ensure timely approval, commenting, and return of vendor documents, as well as preparation of required contract and authority documents.
- Information Management: Oversee the availability of necessary information and data for project activities.
- Equipment Management: Contribute to the definition of equipment lists and ensure their availability for project activities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent with 2-5 years of experience in engineering or related fields.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience as a project engineer or in a related role.
- Skills: Strong project management skills, ability to think and act independently, efficient problem-solving skills, and good written and oral communication skills in English.
