Business Intelligence Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will assess business processes maturity and performance, identifying opportunities for improvement using SAP IBP modules.
  • This role involves performing hands-on work related to system configuration, documenting business requirements, process flows, functional specs, and solution designs on SAP IBP modules.
  • The analyst will provide remote or onsite support in critical customer situations, such as global escalations or war rooms.
Required Skills:
  • At least 2+ years of experience in two or more SAP IBP modules, including Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP), Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, Response and Supply, etc.
  • End-to-end implementation experience in deploying one or more of the listed IBP modules.
  • A thorough understanding of integration between SAP ECC or S/4HANA and IBP using SAP Cloud Integration-Data Services (CI-DS) or Real Time Integration (RTI).
  • Excellent business process analysis and reengineering skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in complex projects and international environments.
  • Certification in SAP IBP modules.
  • Addition knowledge or certifications in SAP S/4HANA Logistics Solutions.
Language Skills:
  • Portuguese: mandatory.
  • English: mandatory, proficient spoken and written.
  • Spanish: highly desired.
