">The Role
">We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for maximizing product value by articulating and prioritizing product features for a cross-functional delivery team. Your primary objective will be to ensure the right product is built by the product team in the most efficient manner.
">Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of consumer and business objectives, goals, and requirements.">
- Work closely with the respective product manager and engineering manager point of contact and/or architect(s) to define product features according to product vision, roadmap, strategy, and adoption at a global, multi-market scale.">
- Collaborate with the engineering team to balance the need to address technical debt and support technical innovation in addition to adding product features.">
- Plan and prioritize the product feature backlog according to business value and clearly articulate priorities for the product team.">
- Lead the planning of product releases and set expectations for delivery of new features with stakeholders in North America, LAO, EMEA, and Israel.">
- Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria at a pace to ensure the product team always has an adequate number of prepared stories to work on.">
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Proven experience as a product owner or similar role in a digital marketing environment.">
- A deep understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.">
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and regions.">
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.">
- Experience working with OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).">
- Ability to lead complex technical solutions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.">
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing demands and priorities.">
What We Offer
">As a Digital Product Strategist at Kimberly-Clark, you can expect a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
