Senior Client Experience Manager

We are seeking a skilled Client Success Professional to join our team.
The ideal candidate is a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills.
They will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences for our clients, building strong relationships, and anticipating their needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Enhance the overall customer experience by providing exceptional service and support.
- Leverage best practices to ensure successful onboarding and adoption of our products by customers.
- Create new opportunities with existing customers through upsell and cross-sell identification.
- Protect existing revenue streams by ensuring that products are used and subscriptions are renewed.
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
- Serve as a product advocate for new capabilities and as the voice of the customer.
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a Client Success role or any relevant position.
- Background in SaaS preferred.
- Must have experience in using CRM software.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
