We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team, focusing on managing strategic client relationships and supporting the organization of processes and routines within the area.
This professional will play a key role in strengthening long-term partnerships , ensuring an excellent customer experience, and actively contributing to the structuring of processes, data analysis, and generation of strategic insights to support decision-making.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities and Attributions
- Act as the direct point of contact for strategic clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
- Organize and optimize work routines, processes, and workflows within the commercial area.
- Structure, monitor, and present performance indicators related to client relationship management.
- Perform data analysis to identify improvement opportunities and support strategic decisions.
- Develop management reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Ensure accurate and structured management of client data and information.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Commercial, Marketing, Operations, and others) to provide solutions aligned with client needs.
- Support the preparation of executive presentations and reports for Senior Management.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven experience in client relationship management or strategic account management.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets (pivot tables, advanced formulas, dashboards, and charts).
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of PowerPoint and/or Google Slides for preparing executive reports and presentations.
- Analytical, organized, and process-oriented profile.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience in the betting, entertainment, or technology industries.
- Knowledge of CRM and data analysis tools.
- Proactivity and ability to build processes from scratch.
