In today's rapidly evolving technological landscape, organizations are constantly seeking innovative ways to modernize their infrastructure and stay ahead of the competition. As an Application Modernization Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving this transformation forward.

The Role:
  • Develop strategic roadmaps for migrating legacy applications to cloud-based platforms, analyzing technical requirements and executing design and implementation work with precision.
  • Possess strong leadership skills, furthering the evolution of intellectual capital assets and developing practice resources.
  • Educate, mentor, and coach teams in applying consulting techniques, facilitating lessons learned from engagements to update methodologies and assets.
  • Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to disseminate expertise, participating in expanding service offerings and certifying in multiple technology platforms.
Your Qualifications:
  • Fluent English and expertise in designing and implementing Distributed, Mainframe, mid-range, and hybrid-cloud solutions.
  • AWS Blu Age and Blu Insights experience, Google Cloud G4, cost optimization strategies for existing platforms and hybrid-cloud environments.
  • Software modernization and language conversion expertise, including .Net, COBOL, Java, Python, RPG, and other programming languages.
  • Experience with Micro-Focus, SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, IDMS/Adabase, and data strategies like Hierarchical, VSAM to Relational, IMS to Db2, database replication, and data isolation.
