Nordic Winter Trails Specialist

This is a seasonal opportunity to work as part of our winter operations team at Mt. Bachelor, supporting the maintenance and upkeep of Nordic ski trails and snowshoe trails.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain safe and consistent snow surfaces on Nordic ski trails and snowshoe trails using snowmobiles and light grooming equipment.
- Prioritize trail maintenance after storms and as needed.
- Clean and maintain trailside cabins and picnic areas.
- Monitor weather conditions and advise on grooming status.
- Perform pass enforcement duties at gate, trail access points, and on trails.
Requirements:
- Current and valid driver's license.
- Experience with snowmobiles and knowledge of Nordic skiing.
- Ability to adapt to changing environment and work in harsh winter weather conditions.
- Frequent shoveling, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
