Responsibilities include:

  • Recording customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Managing cash handling and operating the point of sale system
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service targets

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 / Matric qualification
  • Minimum 6 months' experience in a retail or cash handling environment
  • Computer literate with basic knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
