Job Description

The role of a Marketing Director encompasses leading the strategic marketing direction of our brands, driving brand objectives, strategies, and philosophies forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Integration
    • Integrate our brands into relevant Sports, Gaming, Music & Culture platforms to develop new insights and ideas.
    • Identify key national intellectual property to activate the brand among target audiences.
  • Performance Indicators
    • Align key business performance indicators for all strategic pillars and ensure quarterly execution of plans.
    • Track and report performance indicators and suggest changes when required.
  • Execution Models
    • Plan and align execution models for strategic pillars and guide teams to activate as per plan.
    • Inspect plan vs execution to meet global standards of activation and engagement.
  • Closure and Handover
    • Closure, handover of all executed plans, toolkits, and clear deliverables.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Prior experience in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
  • Experience
    • A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, managing projects is desired.
  • Computer Skills
    • Advanced user Microsoft Office skills are desired (PowerPoint, Excel, MS Word, and Outlook).
