Job Description

As a dedicated customer success professional, you will play a vital role in guiding our clients towards achieving their desired results through effective content marketing strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure an unforgettable experience for our customers, focusing on serving global customers and adapting to their culture to deliver success in their perspective.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and administration skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse cultural backgrounds. Fluency in English is a must, and a degree in Communication, Administration, or Marketing is highly preferred.

You will work closely with our team to develop and implement comprehensive content marketing plans that meet our clients' needs and expectations. This includes providing high-level customer service, adapting to client culture to communicate effectively, and delivering ROI reports throughout the customer lifecycle.

Additionally, you will be responsible for building and presenting quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to all customers, monitoring customer health to identify risks and opportunities, and keeping communication flowing between Rock and customers. A proactive approach to problem-solving and expansion opportunities is essential in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Communication, Administration, or Marketing Degree
  • Fluent English
  • Digital Marketing, Inbound Marketing, and Content Marketing
  • Digital Strategy, Social Media, CRO, SEO, Analytics, RD Station, Hubspot, WordPress
  • Negotiation skills and conflict of interest mediation
  • Teaching techniques and people engagement
  • Customer Obsessed, Entrepreneurship, Time management, Basic knowledge of SaaS business model, Tech-savvy
