Job Overview:

The Technical Manager role plays a critical part in identifying security and compliance challenges affecting business operations across various accounts.

This involves executing controls to deter, detect, and mitigate security risks, including monitoring and auditing information and data protection for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote integrity and ethics within staff and accounts.
  • Provide governance for surveillance and monitoring to identify security and compliance issues.
  • Collaborate with support functions (IT, HR, Legal, etc.) to address risks.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance and identify risks.
  • Work with operations to resolve non-compliance and implement preventive controls.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and recommend improvements.
  • Report findings and present to management.
  • Partner with account management for risk management activities.
  • Support global security assessments and inspections.
  • Participate in investigations and incident analysis.
  • Manage incidents to closure and share learnings.
Accountability:
  • Ensure security and compliance in various accounts to meet expectations.
  • Improve compliance levels aligned with operational and business growth.
  • Support security programs and initiatives related to insider risk and compliance.
  • Monitor risk areas and ensure timely closures.
  • Lead internal reviews for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish governance and conduct education sessions.
