Content Partnership Specialist

The primary function of this role is to manage a portfolio of content creators across various verticals, fostering strong relationships and driving growth.
- Develop and execute strategies for partnership operations, activations, and relationship maintenance.
- Lead educational sessions, workshops, and webinars to enhance creators' understanding of the platform.
- Capture trends within General Popular Categories and lead topic directions in short-video format.
- Establish strategic partnerships to build brand awareness and positioning according to product strategy.
- Foster relationships with local agencies, manage project deliveries, track, and measure ROI.
- Resolve issues with and between content creators, ensuring compliance with guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-create campaigns and execute them effectively.
Key Requirements:
- Proactive mindset, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
- Strong communication, time-management, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Creative approach and experience in influencer marketing and/or building strong relationships with communities.
- Understanding of the local content partner ecosystem industry and pop culture.
- Account management skills and flexibility.
- Ownership to cover the whole partner and creator acquisition chain (pitch, acquisition, retention, partnership).
- Data-driven and analytical thinking.
