Job Overview

A key aspect of this position is understanding the needs and goals of each streamer, tailoring incentives to support their growth and engagement. To achieve this, you will monitor their performance, content quality, and streaming frequency, providing timely updates and promotional opportunities as needed.

This requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to maintain a high level of satisfaction among streamers. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product, to ensure a seamless experience for streamers.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a group of streamers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Foster long-term partnerships by understanding each streamer's goals and tailoring incentives to support them.
  • Monitor streamer performance, content quality, and streaming frequency.
  • Provide timely updates and promotional opportunities to streamers.
  • Organise and implement incentive programmes, campaigns, and exclusive offers to encourage frequent and high-quality streaming of our titles.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategy and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience in influencer/creator management, partnerships, or community management, ideally within gaming, entertainment, or streaming industries.
  • Strong understanding of streaming platforms (Twitch, YouTube, Kick, etc.) and familiarity with content creator ecosystems.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with experience running campaigns, incentive programs, or collaborations.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track, interpret, and report on streamer performance and engagement KPIs.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses a passion for online gaming, streaming, and digital communities.
  • Has excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Portuguese; additional languages are a plus.
  • Is flexible to work outside regular business hours to align with streamer schedules and events.
  • Is available to travel for streamer events, conferences, or on-site activations.
