Job Description

This role involves providing specialized support and assistance to Clinical Business Operations teams in managing site payments. The ideal candidate will have experience with vendor management, creating baseline Investigator Grant budget estimates, and managing global clinical trial payments.


The successful candidate will work closely with the Clinical Operations team, contracts and budget team, and site payment vendors to ensure accuracy and timely site payments for study portfolios.

  • Experience with site payment vendor management or oversight is essential, including holding vendors accountable for services outlined in Statements of Work (SOW).
  • The ability to create baseline Investigator Grant budget estimates using benchmarking tools and assess for Fair Market Value (FMV) is crucial.
  • Effective management of total overall study budgets as well as global payments is necessary.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's (BA/BS) Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Previous experience in a similar position in clinical research or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
  • Advanced English language skills are required.
