Job Title: Payments Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills to manage payment processes, identify and resolve performance issues, and develop training materials for the future payments team.

Responsibilities include handling payment discrepancies, assisting with manual resolutions, and ensuring smooth transaction flows. The ideal candidate will have experience in reconciliation, knowledge of payment processes, and problem-solving skills.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Developing strong knowledge of payment processes
  • Spotting and resolving issues like delays, declines, and chargebacks
  • Providing support to the payments team to ensure efficient operation

Requirements include experience in iGaming, banking, or similar industries, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
