As a senior manufacturing professional, you will oversee the daily operations of our Brazilian plant. Your primary objective is to ensure the production process meets efficiency targets and customer requirements while maintaining high-quality standards.

About the Role
  • You will lead a team of functional managers across Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, EHS, and Quality, promoting collaboration and employee engagement.
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term strategies to drive operational excellence, meet business objectives, and improve productivity.
About You
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You have 8-10 years of experience in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • You possess strong command of Supply Chain Management and SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning).
  • You are proficient in Quality Management Systems (ISO standards, certifications, audits, and customer requirements).
