Electronic Payments Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic Electronic Payments Specialist to join our team in bringing electronic payments solutions to life through a strategic project for Mastercard. As an Implementation Specialist, you will play a critical role in leading end-to-end implementation projects with clients.

Key responsibilities include assessing customer needs and translating them into effective technical solutions, overseeing system impact analysis, testing, and integration, providing guidance and training to client teams, ensuring quality, reliability, and compliance with product standards, and acting as a trusted partner to clients and industry leaders across LATAM.

To be successful in this role, you should have strong project management expertise and solid technical knowledge, preferably in the electronic payments industry. You should also possess excellent communication skills, experience in leading cross-functional and matrix teams, and fluency in English and Spanish.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering (Master's a plus).
  • Experience: 3–5 years in project management and technical implementation (experience in the electronic payments industry is highly valued but not mandatory).

You will work closely with our team of experts to deliver exceptional results and drive transformation in payments and technology across LATAM.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in implementing electronic payments solutions, a deep understanding of payment transaction processing and industry business principles, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
