Job Title: Vice President of Alternative Payment Methods
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Alternative Payment Methods (APM) strategy in Latin America and the Caribbean. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our APM strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring we remain at the forefront of the evolving payments landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute APM strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of the region, driving expansion and growth.
Serve as a liaison between local and global teams, ensuring timely execution and readiness of key workstreams, including product value proposition, go-to-market, and commercialization strategies.
Partner with regional market development teams to drive engagements with regional players, identifying opportunities to replicate, customize, and scale innovative solutions.
Collaborate with technical teams to provide support and propose solutions to complex technical subjects, supporting implementation and customer-facing teams.
Champion our Labs and Innovation practices, helping identify opportunities to drive incremental revenue.
Develop strategic documents, presentations, and executive updates to share with senior management and regional counterparts.
Requirements:
Experience in the Payments, Ecommerce, Financial Services, and/or Technology sectors; business strategy consulting background highly desirable.
Vision and passion for our business, with high energy, intelligence, and self-driven motivation.
Strategic, analytical, and systematic thinking skills, with the ability to constructively challenge the status quo and drive continuous innovation.
Strong communication and networking skills across relevant stakeholder groups, with the ability to listen and influence effectively.
Proven ability to drive collaboration, influence, and motivate others to achieve objectives.
Good understanding of the APM regional ecosystem, new payment flows, and relevant consumer, industry, and market trends.
Demonstrated ability to develop product implementation and go-to-market plans.
Business acumen and thought leadership skills that deliver solutions-oriented results.
