Job Overview:
The Senior Production Manager will oversee the entire production process, ensuring seamless execution and maximum efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing contracts, negotiating agreements, overseeing manufacturing outcomes, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage contract clauses to ensure compliance with business and service level agreements
- Negotiate new updated agreements as needed
- Oversee manufacturing outcomes and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Monitor and challenge teams on raw material cost variations
- Manage shelf life from raw material and obsolescence to reach Forecast and Annual Plan
- Manage percentage of losses for bulk and filling lines following the contract agreement
- Discuss P&L with Contractors to have budget and costs under control
- Quote for extra or additional manufacturing activities as needed
- Manage transportation activities related to cost, collection for Distribution Centers, invoices, and pallet return
- Provide quarterly Rolling Forecast updates by working with internal accounting and procurement teams
- Continuously seek new Contractors that can provide cheaper and affordable costs
Financial Management:
- Realize financial analysis related to extras demands and costs, adding value activities when needed
- Responsible for financial management subjects related to contract manufacture, ensuring delivery of monthly and quarterly cost reports to top management team
