EcommIT Integrated Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Product Owner to join our team. As a Supply Chain Product Owner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- User Story Development: Collaborate with the delivery team to write user stories and acceptance criteria that meet the needs of our customers.
- Acceptance Criteria: Ensure that acceptance criteria is met prior to accepting user stories as complete, guaranteeing that our products meet the required standards.
- Team Ceremonies: Participate in all team ceremonies to answer questions, clarify user needs, and provide guidance to the team.
- Backlog Management: Align and prioritize the team backlog with the product vision and roadmap, ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers.
- Enabler Work: Work with architects to identify and prioritize enabler work, such as system architectural needs, design work, and critical technological infrastructures for new solutions.
- Feature Decomposition: Decompose features into user stories that deliver incremental value for end-users, ensuring that our products meet the required standards.
- Product Validation: Validate that product releases deliver value for end-users and have conversations with users about how well the product is working.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the delivery team and Scrum Master on execution plans and priorities, ensuring that our products meet the required standards.
- Customer Advocacy: Continuously learn about user needs and business objectives to act as the voice of the customer for the delivery team.
- Program Team Collaboration: Partner with the Program Team to develop the product roadmap and release plans, aligning team-level constraints with program-level expectations.
- Dependency Management: Collaborate with other Product Owners and the Program Team to identify and manage dependencies, ensuring that our products meet the required standards.
- Team Protection: Protect the team from break-ins and interruptions not in scope for the sprint, ensuring that our products meet the required standards.
- Product Manager Role: Assume the role and responsibilities of the Product Manager if there is no Product Manager, ensuring that our products meet the required standards.
