We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Applications Specialist to join our LATAM team at Danaher - Global. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our business in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to customers, sales representatives, and agents in all facets of their selling activities in Brazil.
- Training and Education: Deliver impactful education and training to clients regarding the correct use, specifications, and clinical applications of Radiometer products.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve specific challenges related to verification and accreditation of analytical quality.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis, including voice of customer and technological surveillance of the competition, to support growth objectives and strategy.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in a science discipline.
- Experience: Experience in the In Vitro Diagnostics/ Medical Device Industry working with Lab Providers and Hospital Groups in Brazil.
- Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and organizations with interdisciplinary participation, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively to meet deadlines and objectives. Experienced IT user with solid knowledge of MS CRM, MS Outlook, and Fluent (verbal and written) in Portuguese (primary), English, and Spanish.
