Equipment Maintenance Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support internally and externally for product development, processing techniques, equipment operation, and troubleshooting. You will also offer general guidance to customers and resolve moderately complex issues.

Additionally, you will support the sales team by demonstrating technical product knowledge and solutions at customer sites. You will solve service, delivery, and application problems for customers, and train and instruct them on end-use applications of products.

You will also evaluate and develop data for new products, assist in their launch, and conduct failure analysis, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions. Furthermore, you will develop projects for new customer installations, qualify and manage equipment and service suppliers, and manage maintenance of Chemours site equipment and structures at customer locations.

Finally, you will review and approve technical reports from maintenance service providers, provide technical support related to customer site activities, prepare site reports, and develop maintenance plans.
