Today, we play a crucial part in delivering life-saving injectable medicines to millions daily. As a Production Operator I, you will be instrumental in our production process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mold and trim products to specifications under supervision
  • Process trimmed product through washing and drying per established site procedures
  • Ensure equipment setup accuracy
  • Maintain continuous product flow from mold press to trimming press
  • Operate a mold press to produce molded panels following site procedures
  • Operate a manual/automatic trim press as needed following site procedures
  • Process product through required special treatments like sort, silicone, chlorination, etc.
  • Set up pack scales for weighing and packing of finished product and prepare carton labels for boxing and shipping
  • Alert the Area Supervisor to conditions that may prevent meeting production and quality expectations
  • Accurately maintain all required documentation and paperwork to ensure product traceability
  • Inspect molded/trimmed work to ensure quality product is being produced
  • Move materials into and out of the area as required
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • No minimum required work experience
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Must possess an acute attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills, i.e. use a mouse/keyboard
  • Ability to apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • General use of computer workstation and ability to use SAP commands is preferred
