Advanced Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and executing thorough manual test cases and test scripts based on system specifications and requirements.
- Develop multiple test scenarios, including non-traditional test cases, negative testing, edge cases, and performance considerations, to ensure robust product validation;
- Collaborate closely with the development team to understand requirements, plan testing processes, and identify issues for correction;
- Create detailed logs to document testing phases and identify defects;
- Report bugs and errors to development teams, primarily using Jira;
- Troubleshoot issues and help identify root causes of defects;
- Create and maintain test cases, test scripts, test reports, and test documentation, with experience in tools like Xray;
- Participate actively in Agile-Scrum development processes, providing valuable feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement;
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- At least 10 years of experience with manual testing;
- 1-2 years of experience with Selenium and Python;
- Proven experience in planning, designing, writing, and executing test cases and test scripts;
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, xRay, GitHub, or GitLab;
- Able to work within EST working hours;
- Good understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies;
- Excellent analytical, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills;
- Basic database knowledge (e.g., MySQL, Postgres);
- Experience with testing application software hosted in the cloud (AWS environments preferred);
- Ability to think outside the box to develop multiple scenarios and identify non-traditional test cases, incorporating negative testing and edge cases;
- Quick learner with a passion for troubleshooting;
- Ability to multi-task, manage priorities, and work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Dynamic and proactive approach, demonstrating initiative in work;
- Excellent organizational skills, including a good sense of priority management and the ability to quickly adapt to change;
- Experience in the technology sector, particularly within a SaaS company or the procurement sector, is a valuable asset;
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
