Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Manager to oversee the administration and configuration of various systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with IT service management, particularly in designing and implementing custom workflows, automation rules, dashboards, and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configuring and maintaining Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and other Atlassian tools to meet organizational requirements.
  • Designing and implementing custom workflows, automation rules, dashboards, and reporting solutions to enhance system efficiency.
  • Collaborating with IT, development, and other teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet business needs.
  • Establishing and enforcing governance policies for tool usage and maintaining clear documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and training users to ensure effective system use.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience with IT service management, particularly in Jira and Confluence.
  • Background in IT administration, system integration, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, etc.
  • Experience with scripting and automation to improve workflows.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Knowledge of security best practices and experience managing user access and permissions.
