About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional IT services. As an IT Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless product testing, procurement, and system integration to meet our standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with our headquarters and local service providers for the purchase, installation, configuration, and upgrade of network equipment and low-voltage systems.

  2. Manage system integration projects to align solutions with our technical requirements and optimize execution according to local needs.

  3. Develop and implement localized IT solutions, ensuring maintenance and operations align with our standards.

  4. Monitor office network quality using our tools and gather user feedback to implement improvements.

  5. Track, manage, and inventory local IT infrastructure resources, resolve application issues, and ensure infrastructure integrity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT service management, with overseas work experience preferred.

  • Familiarity with desktop operations, asset management, and conference room operations, with advantage in ITIL and PMP certifications.

  • Excellent communication and team management skills, capable of working in a multicultural environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, quick response capabilities, and project collaboration skills.
