IT Service Delivery Expert

Drive the alignment of IT services with business objectives and customer expectations. This role requires strong expertise in ITIL best practices, COBIT governance principles, and industry performance benchmarks.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, negotiating, and handling Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal and external partners
  • Conducting regular reviews of SLAs to ensure they remain relevant and aligned with business needs
  • Maintaining a centralized and accessible Service Catalogue
  • Utilizing data-driven insights to predict and prevent potential service disruptions
  • Managing capacity and delivery plans for internal and external teams
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for all service-related issues and escalations
  • Leading initiatives to improve service delivery processes and enhance customer satisfaction

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in IT service management or a related role, with a proven track record of managing SLAs and improving service delivery in a large organization.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
