IT Service Delivery Expert

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Professional to ensure that all IT services meet the agreed-upon service levels and performance standards.
Main Responsibilities:- Create, negotiate, and manage SLAs with internal and external partners, overseeing and reporting on service performance against SLAs.
- Maintain a centralized and accessible Service Catalogue and be accountable for ITSM governance, encompassing incident, change, problem, and transition management.
- Analyse data-driven insights to predict and prevent potential service disruptions and examine service performance and structured root cause analysis data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT service management or a related field.
- A proven track record of managing SLAs and enhancing service delivery in a large organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple partners.
