As a seasoned professional in IT service management, we are seeking an experienced Service Level Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all IT services meet agreed-upon service levels and performance standards.

The role will involve managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal and external partners, conducting regular reviews of SLAs to ensure relevance and alignment with business needs, and maintaining a centralized and accessible Service Catalogue.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, negotiating, and handling SLAs with internal and external partners
  • Conducting regular reviews of SLAs to ensure relevance and alignment with business needs
  • Maintaining a centralized and accessible Service Catalogue and overseeing ITSM governance
  • Using data-driven insights to predict and prevent potential service disruptions and analyze service performance
  • Managing capacity and delivery plans for internal and external teams
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for all service-related issues and escalations
  • Leading initiatives to improve service delivery processes and enhance customer satisfaction

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in IT service management or a related role, with a proven track record of managing SLAs and improving service delivery.

Essential qualifications include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

A high level of proficiency in English is required, with Spanish being a desirable asset.
