Job Title: Service Delivery Expert

We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Service Delivery Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of IT service providers, ensuring they meet high standards and service levels.

About the Role:
  • Supervise the performance of IT service providers, ensuring they meet required service levels and adhere to ITIL standards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners and suppliers, collaborating with various teams to understand their service requirements.
  • Conduct regular service reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with agreed standard methodologies and prepare reports as necessary.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:
  1. Service Level Management: Ensure that all IT services meet the required service levels, as defined by the ITIL framework.
  2. Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key suppliers and partners.
  3. Performance Monitoring: Regularly review service performance and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to agreed standard methodologies and prepare reports as necessary.
