Job Title: Service Delivery Director

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Service Delivery Director. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with expertise in the Telecommunications or Enterprise business to drive success and deliver high-quality services.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing customer projects from presales to service delivery, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Developing and documenting standards for end-to-end service delivery processes, technical specifics, and access network architecture.
  • Coaching and mentoring sales teams, customers, and suppliers to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  • Providing pre- and post-sales support to all stakeholders, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
  • Collaborating with regional sales teams and marketing departments to develop effective go-to-market strategies and increase market share.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring accountability for all technical aspects (capacity, topology, architecture) of services provided to customers.
  • Delivering exceptional customer satisfaction from service delivery to post-launch support.
  • Acting as a liaison between regional sales communities and operations teams to address quality-related issues.
  • Supporting regional sales teams to present BICS solutions to customers and define the right commercial modes.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in the Telecommunications or Enterprise business.
  • Strong technical and commercial knowledge of Mobile Telco and Enterprise services.
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality services and driving business growth.
