Service Delivery Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our technical design team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process related to service fulfillment, from feasibility to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Technical design of network solutions for national and international customers
- Project management of activation, change, and deactivation orders
- Point of contact for communications and relationships with customers/order management and suppliers for technical aspects
- Supporting the delivery team during test activities in the delivery process
- Monitoring performance of suppliers according to SLAs and commitments defined in the feasibility phase
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field required
- Knowledge of main architectures of optical transport networks
- Knowledge of main architectures and routing mechanisms of Level II and Level III networks
- Knowledge of different types of access networks (fiber, copper, radio, satellite)
- Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational, and teamwork skills
- Strong communication skills for clients and suppliers
- Proven ability to multitask and results-driven approach in a fast-paced environment
- Languages: English (written and spoken) – mandatory; Spanish (written and spoken) – mandatory
- Tools: MS Office
