Mental Health Services Coordinator

This role plays a crucial part in supporting the overall strategic success of the organization. As part of the Talent Acquisition department, this position oversees internal data collection, record system management, and generating reports in collaboration with the Executive Director.
Key responsibilities include providing counseling and diagnostic services to clients in emotional distress, those with adjustment, career choice, and other developmental concerns. Familiarity with telehealth platforms is also required. Activities are a hybrid of online and in-person services.
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide crisis intervention and short-term interventions as needed.
- Determine when psychiatric referrals should be made.
- Responsible for screening and interviewing of intake and assessing learning disabilities.
- Develop testing programs related to administration of assessments.
Additionally, the incumbent will conduct intakes and provide support in the development of the testing program. The coordinator will work closely with the Executive Director to ensure the success of the organization's strategic goals.
Requirements:
- Counseling and diagnostic experience.
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms.
- Ability to provide predominantly short-term therapy services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of assessment and evaluation methods.
