Job Title

The MI Drilling Fluids Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable delivery of PSD services to customers. This specialist identifies opportunities to enhance service delivery, implements standardized work processes, and manages risk during service execution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely job deliverables.
  • Oversee service delivery execution.
  • Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs.
  • Develop customer relationships to promote company products and services.
  • Maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards by implementing CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
  • Collaborate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
  • Contribute to HSE and Quality initiatives.
  • Adhere to HSE policies and maintain required safety training.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years of offshore experience as a Drilling Fluids Specialist.
  • Techincal/Engineering Bsc. and CRQ are required.
