Business Growth Leader Opportunity

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in generating revenue and managing sales portfolios.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Be responsible for building relationships with top e-commerce companies, communicating and pitching unique value propositions, and managing an audit process with prospects.
  • Generate opportunities through partnerships, outbound, and events.
  • Work directly under senior leadership.
  • Find and form relationships, building a book of business with the top e-commerce companies in the world.
  • Communicate and pitch unique value propositions, resulting in advertising work and business-boosting performance marketing.
  • Manage an audit process with prospects, utilizing internal teams to craft a compelling reason to buy.
  • Report on sales projections, forecasts, and other pertinent sales metrics.
  • Track performance against team and individual goals, proactively collaborating with Sales Team Leadership as needed.

About You:

  • You have a BA or equivalent and 4+ years of experience in business development management or B2B partnerships.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, phone, and in-person).
  • You understand e-commerce, performance marketing, and creative advertising.
  • You have experience with business growth techniques including effective questioning, objection handling, competitive selling, and closing.
  • You have a proven success in managing a sales portfolio in business development, with client relationship and servicing skills and solution-based selling skills.
  • You are proactive and hands-on, ready to hit the ground running.
  • You have a strong understanding of CRM software.
