We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Lead to join our team. In this role, you will drive growth and long-term partnerships with high-growth technology companies.
Responsibilities:- Achieve business growth targets by qualifying and negotiating expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage risk through proactive touch points and develop resolution strategies to mitigate potential issues.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Understand a customer's overall use of our products and services, driving adoption and success within their assigned customer base.
- Act as an advocate between customers and internal functions to ensure the appropriate resources are engaged to address specific obstacles impeding customer adoption.
- 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success, preferably at a subscription-based or open-source software company.
- Achievement of retention, growth, and profitability targets.
- Strong understanding of customer health and using data to present a holistic view of the customer experience.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience navigating complex work processes, tight timelines, and changing teams.
- Extremely detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized.
