Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement robust resilience mechanisms to mitigate supply demand imbalances through advanced data analytics.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-3 years' experience in 3PL logistics operations, with a strong focus on last-mile delivery.
  • Proven track record of using data-driven insights to inform decision-making, with expertise in SQL and business intelligence tools.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, taking ownership of tasks and delivering results.
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in on-demand service platforms or similar industries.
  • Portuguese proficiency (B2+) for effective local engagement.
