Junior IT Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Junior IT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have initiative, attention to detail, the ability to learn quickly, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support workstations and servers for contractors.
  • Enhance professional skills in a busy IT environment.
  • Work with inventory system, perform an inventory of company equipment.
  • Create/delete user accounts.
  • Install and configure workstations, resolve issues with PCs and Laptops.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and fix technical problems.
  • Support Workstations/Hardware/Software (90+) and online services.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in troubleshooting hardware.
  • Administration of Linux (Ubuntu), Windows, macOS operation systems.
  • Understanding of system configuration (packages, installers).
  • Knowledge on how to use command line tools and manuals.
  • Basics knowledge and hands-on experience in using of different network protocols like TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, SMTP, SNMP, DNS, etc.
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic scripts.
  • Intermediate+ English level.
