We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr Payroll Analyst to join our team.

Job Description

\

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end payroll processes across multiple countries.

This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of payroll, tax payments, and related activities.

The position supports HR teams and employees by resolving payroll-related inquiries with a focus on customer service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage country portfolio for payroll and benefit administration operationally
  • Ensure monthly labor reporting is accurate and support reconciliation processes
  • Provide support to HR and employees by researching inquiries and delivering excellent customer service
  • Ensure payroll accuracy following all controls
  • Create purchase orders as needed, review invoices, and ensure proper invoice clearance
  • Identify problems requiring investigation and develop solutions
  • Support expansion projects including acquisitions and new countries
  • Manage funding and process payments to ensure timely employee payments
  • Process tax payments for different countries
  • Attend mandatory audits, providing reports and information as needed
  • Manage payroll vendors and ensure timely payroll activities
  • Seek process improvements
  • Create and maintain an up-to-date knowledge base and internal procedures

Requirements

  • Proficient in Portuguese, English, and Spanish (speaking and writing)
  • Experience in payroll, finance, or accounting
  • Process management skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills
  • Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced, deadline-focused environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Highly organized, articulate, and capable of developing strong working relationships
  • Excellent communication skills and initiative
  • Ability to work independently and in teams to complete time-sensitive projects
