As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in managing various aspects of personnel administration. This includes the calculation of termination benefits, control of employee leave and time-off, union contributions, and assistance rates.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of labor legislation, specifically CLT, and be able to apply this knowledge to improve processes and identify potential gaps.
Key responsibilities include:
- Calculating and processing termination benefits;
- Managing employee leave and time-off policies;
- Ensuring compliance with union contributions and assistance rates;
- Analyzing personnel data to identify trends and areas for improvement;
Requirements:
- Higher education in Business Administration or Accounting;
- Intermediate to advanced level English proficiency;
- Technical knowledge of labor legislation, specifically CLT;
