Airport Operations

Our Airport Operations team ensures seamless airport operations through strategic planning, organization, and supervision. Relocation assistance is not provided for this role.

Job Overview and Responsibilities

Staffing the ticket counter, boarding gates, and baggage service areas at the airport (Duties may include check-in, ticketing, gates, baggage service, and operations)

  • Providing top-notch customer service to travelers by performing various customer service duties in the airport terminal such as:

- Receiving and directing incoming calls, greeting and directing customers, tagging and handling baggage

- Preparing tickets, determining fares, and routing to ensure passenger travel needs are met

Maintaining a neat and professional appearance by adhering to our standards for uniform and dress

This position operates on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas will not be awarded.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must be able to work the ticket counter, boarding gates, and baggage service area
  • Possess excellent customer service skills
  • Proven customer service work experience
  • Must have a professional appearance
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to lift and maneuver heavy baggage
  • Must be able to stand and walk throughout the entire work shift
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent required
  • Ability to travel to the US for training if required
  • Flexibility to work any assigned shift within a 24-hour, 7-day operation, including late nights, early hours, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to read, write, and speak English and Portuguese
  • Licensed to work in Brazil without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of an interview required to meet job qualifications
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous airline, travel, or hospitality work experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Valid Passport and US Visa
