Job Overview

As a Logistics Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and managing customer care strategy on a location level. You will optimize customer service to provide exceptional customer experiences.


Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and direction to the customer care team
  • Take ownership of implementing a customer care strategy in your location
  • Closely collaborate with branch management and operations teams for optimized customer experience
  • Manage interfaces and information/knowledge exchange actively
  • Focus on continuous improvement of processes and controls aiming for consistent customer-centricity
  • Focus on customer retention engagement for Seafreight account portfolio
  • Ensure high-level service quality through customer satisfaction
  • Ensure service excellence by maintaining high-level forwarding and market knowledge
  • Implement customer feedback into the team
  • Support pricing strategy discussions
  • Manage customer pipeline effectively
  • Help implement company and sea logistics strategy
  • Prepare and monitor sea logistic targets and monthly forecasts for your branch

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Project management experience is highly desirable
  • Excellent customer management skills
  • Fluent English language skills
